After days of rainy and cold weather, the last Saturday in April turned out to be one of the clearest days of this spring. And it was for sure one of the happiest for Laura and Dave, a cool couple whose wedding I had the privilege to document.

Laura’s hair and make-up were done by the talented Verena Bauer  (Haupttäter). She styled Laura to match the wedding guests who arrived in 1920’s attire. After a heartfelt and emotional ceremony at the cozy Johanneskirche, the couple and I moved on for a brief photoshoot in the beautiful old city of Berne. We were surrounded by some jaw-dropping background as the sky was perfectly clear and the Alps were covered with a fresh snow. One of my favorite pictures below captures the two looking towards Gurten, a local mountain where they first met 4 years ago. The evening at 5ème Etage was a perfect blend of swing music played by Vendredi Soir Swing, excellent food and Lindy Hop dance. Everyone enjoyed the party. Thank you, Laura and Dave for entrusting me to capture your awesome wedding!

Cameras I’ve used:
