We just looked at the photos (more than once) and we’re so excited!!! They’re amazing and you took so many awesome snapshots. Wooow, they’re so beautiful! You’ve captured many moments where we didn’t even realize that somebody had been taking pictures. Thank you so much for your beautiful photos!!
When I met Sabrina and Sandro for the first time to discuss their wedding, they were so much in love, as if they had been dating for only a month. But in fact, their love story started with 17 and continued to this day. Sandro had been Sabrina’s first love and their mutual affection had also defined the atmosphere on this, their greatest day.
Their wedding was on a hot summer day, with a thunderstorm which drew near later in the afternoon (along with a strong breeze, but luckily no rain). After photographing Sabrina’s preparations that morning in her parent’s house, Sandro came to pick her up. Their ‘first look’ was a beautiful and emotional moment, with lot of tears and hugs. Than, after a quick photoshoot it was time for the traditional wedding ceremony in the lovely catholic church in Balsthal, a small Swiss town surrounded by green hills and old castles.
After the service, refreshments were served in a small park in front of the church. The strong wind provided a special atmosphere for some really cool captures. The reception took place in the beautiful, 400 years old Hotel Bären in Langenthal. An emotional speech of Sabrina’s father opened up the evening, which was filled with good food, long conversations, fun and dance.
Thank you, Sabrina and Sandro for allowing me to be part of your special day.
